UV Light

Ultraviolet (UV) light is found naturally in sunlight.

UV radiation may cause polymers such as plastic and certain types of cloth including nylon to degrade. This means that prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration, fading, tears, cracking and in certain cases total disintegration of the product. Many pigments and dyes also absorb UV light. Over an extended period of time, this may lead to a change in color.

How Omniyo Nano 223 Helps

As an added advantage, Omniyo Nano 223 has the benefit of UV protection of up to 90%. Being able to absorb and scatter UV rays, it protects all surfaces from damage caused by UV light. This thus prevents further degradation of the product due to UV radiation. Omniyo Nano 223 also helps to maintain the quality of the product.
